hi, mechanic told me the hose under air compressor is punctured, what the h*eck is that?

 

I would assume one of the two metal hose that goes underneath the condensor.. Mine has some scrapes...

 

are you losing coolant?? is the aircon working?? it could be anything

 

actually funny u mension that, im loosing about 1mm coolant per month

 

a picture would be nice but im guessing it cant be that bad if it was a radiator hose you would loose a lot more, perhaps its weeping from the hose clips??

okay well i dont have a pic because this is written on an inspection paper of the car.. ( inspected it before i bought it) now when i took the car to have power steering pump changed by another mechanic he said he noticed some clamps arent good down there...

so i think what he says plus what the inspection (from another mechanic) says.... indicated i need to change a clamp, which one?

with ur help im hoping i can find it?

 

it best to tighten them up and clean the area then see if its leaking chances are its just a loose fitting, garages always take the bigger step because its more cash for them I mean can you imagine getting billed to tighten up hose clamps

okay but which clamps and i looking at i have no idea what this hose looks like or where?

 

rubber hoses from the radiator have clamps both ends and there is no hidden camera lol

 

kool thanx, so r they compressor hoses or air con hoses (or do these two hoses i mensioned, anywehrre near there)
