What would happen i had an intake w/o the CARB sticker?

Likely when you go for emissions inspection you will fail (if it is on your car when you go for inspection).

 

u dont most likely fail, a homemade intake is the same crap as a aftermarket wit a carb sticker same concept

 

i know and so are the ebay kits but i live in CA and i run into cops alot so i want that stupid sticker.

 

im on the same boat as you i live in cali but remember you drive a european car not a lil rice rocket they wont even ask to see wuts under your hood

 

i have never been asked to pop it but i go to big parties that get broken up (im in high school) and i say a cop stop a kid (BMW) and had him pop his hood just by the sound his car made when it was started.

one time we and my bro where goin to help our friend with a flat tire and after we finish we were goin to his house this was like 1am
and a cop pulls us over he tells up pop the hood and he couldnt do anythnng casue my bro had a carb sticker on his intake
but he pulled us over becasue of tint and rear bulbs, he was a white guy and he let us go wit a warning
but just not even a minute of driving another cop pulls us over and says the same crap as the white cop your tint and rear bulbs ugh....
then he says pop the hood again carb sticker but this PIG gives us a fixing ticket for the tint and rear bulbs.... the sad thing is the second PIG was an asian person

 

sux. Do u have to pop the hood when they ask? What was wrong with ur rear bulbs? What kind of intake does ur brother have?
