I am interested in purchasing a 2.8 A4, found a one from 98, 99, and 00. But which year is prob the most reliable, and what should I look out for... I know suspension problems were common, but what else? Thanks!

Well, obviously the newer car with the least amount of miles is going to be the car you wan't. The 30v 2.8 started in '98, so all three cars have the same engine. '99.5+ got a face liftfor the interior/exterior. If ya really don't plan on moding your car, then go for the newest 2.8 in the best condition.
