Heres the story: My car died on me had to push it home. Called a tech that i know he brought his tools and his knowladge, i didnt feel like getting my car towed to his shop on the south side of chi. he came gave me his diagnoes according to him i have a short in my ignition wires and a big one so he told me to cut the ignition system out and re insulate it

So I re insulated the bad wireswith a combination of electrical tape and shring wrapmade sure all my connections are goodgood and i keep on blowing the fuse now im pissed!

Just get a engine wiring harness from a junk yard, it will come with all new connections and plastic wire covers and will take care of any other wiring problems you might have. There are so manysonic welds and splices in the harness its not even funny, hacking up the harness looks horrible as you can see and your probably not getting the right wiring sizes, that and your adding solder (adds resistance in the circuit) which is not good. Butt connectors are even worse.
