KY - the "original" kind - not the "heating" kind - that would cause your car to overheat

oops, I used a dash of silicon spray on my driver door for a quick fix. It has been fine ever since, should I put sone lithium grease on as well or am I okay?

Silicone lubricant is good, but white lithium grease lasts much longer
