What do you guys think about the Hankook Ventus V4ES H105 tires??? I was thinkin isntead of having two sets of tires and wheels.... I'm in college w/ no extra room....... jsut get one "ultra-high performance" set of tires on 18's for winter AND summer. What'a think?

Blizzaks was one of the worst in the winter tyre test in 2004.

Edit: worst of the TESTED tyres. There are a lot of crap winter tyres out there, compared to most, Bridgestone makes good tyres.

These are the track times on ice/snow track (average with same car and several different drivers).

Nokian Hakkapeliitta Rsi 22.7
Continental ContiVikingContact 2 22.8
Gislaved SoftFrost2 22.9
Michelin X-Ice 22.9
Uniroyal MS Plus Soft 23.0
Hankook IceBear 23.6
Bridgestone Blizzak WS50 24.0
Nokian WR 25.6
Agi Soft Sarek 26.0

I've chosen Nokian for my car, with more road bias and less noise on bare/wet roads and a little less on snow (i commute on roads that are salted in winter).
