I have a 2001 1.8t and Im confused of what to do first. I only have about 1k dollars to spend.

You'll see the most performance gains with a chip and diverter valve. You should do the coilovers before the wheels, otherwise it will look like a 4x4.

chip->coilovers->exhaust->wheels. 2 and 3 can be switched around i suppose.

Chip first, go over show always. Then exhaust, coilovers and finally wheels.

i would do chip then c/o. suspension is a necessary.
