Ok so after I put the new coil packs in after having disconnecteddmy battery. I was driving around and went to put the windows down. I had to hold the button the whole time because the auto down feature wasnt working. This also happened to me a month back after I had my sound system put (battery was obviously disconnected again). My front windows will auto go down but I am still waiting on the rears to correct themselves. I know that eventually the buttons start working again, I was just curious if anyone knew why our cars did this.

 

press and hold the window button till its all the way down then the same for up this resets them and to be done with each window and sunroof if fitted

 

You need to reset the windows.

Lower the window all the way down, let go, push down again.
Raise the window all the way back up, let go, pull up again.

This should reset the window stops and allow one touch windows again.
