when i turn off my car from hard driving it sounds like a couple marbles getting shaken in a jar really quick, lol... thats the best i can describe it. If i drive the car easy it does not make the noise. Its been doing it for about 20k miles now so i dont think its a big deal but its something i would like to know whats going on..

Some tech at my work said it was my throw out bearing?? make sense?? Its directly when I turn the key off, and its a real quick noise, no longer then a second at all..

 

lmfas that funny i can just c it ( la de de de yeah i have a perfect car now its time to let her sleep (turn the key off click) for sound effects put marbels in a jar for best first hand experiance).

 

same here, when i pull my baby into the garage to let her sleep.Just as the engine comes to a stop, usually onlyafter hard driving... a quick rattling echos from under the hood and into my nightmares.

do you have a cone filter? i know once i put my cone filter in, when i turn off the car it sounds something like that...heard it on other cars with CAI's too, dont think its anything to worry about
