I know they sell new AWP and AMU eninges for transverse cars. I thought theywould have something for the longitude also. You can use either one, you may just need to change the oil pick up, oilpan and use your currect head

find a junkyard, thats what i did. Picked up a 2001 1.8t awm engine for 200 bucks..
