Maybe junk yard or dealer for the missing parts? Its hard to repair cloth on a headliner and make it look good, i think most people just replace the whole headliner. Try that shokan place for misc. parts too.

Might want to call the dealer and get a price quote and go from there... Depends on how bad of condition its in... Someplace may be able to do a good repair job on it... But I dont know of any common places that do it, so check your yellow pages. Im sure shokan could hook you up on one from a wreck though.. They may be able to take care of all your needs.. Hit them up.

Having read a few posts on Audizine, watch out on Shokan - they seem to be a bit shady at times.

head liners are pretty easy to do, the hardest part is getting them out of the car, if you took it out yourself and took it to an upholstry guy it should be pretty cheap, the fabric will probably cost you more than the labor to put it on

Uphoststery shops remove the headliner with the backing. They pull the loose material
off, and glue the new material to the backing. Then reinstall.

Hell, contact "1sicka4", he has a suede headliner among the other suede pieces, he could probably point you in the right direction.
