where to get a used tranny or a 2.8 or six speed
well I blew the tranny and need to get a used one somewhere, can some of you guys tell where to start looking for this..... I've even heard of guys using a 2.8motor tranny and even a six speed tranny to work on our cars whats all needed to make this work but otherwise I will just try to get a used tranny

tom I thought one of the euro spec 6spd out of an older S4 would fit or at least thats what I was told

6 spd wont bolt right, u'd need rear dif subframe, linkage blah blah. Just do the 2.8, should bolt right in

so what is it that I need to look for when looking for a 2.8 tranny my tranny code is DJJ and whats supposed to be the advantage of swapping these trannys
