White audi mods
I just bought a white 97 a4. i wanted black but shopping for used audis...beggers cant be chooser and i couldnt pass up the great offer. anyways...im starting to really not like the white and im trying to make some mods. any suggestions on how to make a white audi look nicer?
white is THEEE BEST color in my opinnion....... and thats the reason why ibought one. However, I have a 2001 that is casablanca white which looks different then the 97' white which looks darker. I used to have black and loved it but you see every damn scratch on it. Im still lookin for a wheel i like that i want to color match with the car but cant make a final decision. In my opinnion, white on white is balla status baby! Maybe not, but it looks good as hell and chrome just looks too ghetto on white

It appears that your focus at the moment is on esthetics, so I think the first thing you should do to make it "pop" would be to get your windows tinted. Get either 20% or 35%; 20% would be your best option.
Second would be rims. Tons of choices out there; so do some researchand find the one's you like best. Therule of thumb for B5 Audi's(which you have) is 18" rims, but that is not set in stone and other's have gone with either 17" or 19" rims. Personal preference and research will ulitmately drive your decision in this area.
You should then focus onsuspension. Lowering your car would give you some additional style, along with functionality (better handling). Many options to choose from with this; coilovers, springs/shocks.The reason i recommend rims first and then suspension is that once you have your rims installed, you can then guage exactly how much of a drop you want from your new suspension.
This forum has a lot to offer in the way of information and advice onrims and suspension. Spend some time searching (couple hours at least) and you'll get the information you need.
BTW - welcome to the forums!
