Yeah its worth it Ive had K&Ns on just about every car Ive owned the biggest advantage is that the filter will go longer without cleaning and you dont have to buy a new one every 15K miles....and yes they flow better than paper ones
I agree with SlimChriz on the K&N. I go around 40K without cleaning it. But its pretty much been proven that the K&N gives you no more HP than a stock air filter. I've seen the actual dyno charts and there was no diff.
