I ask this because I posted a comment about the B6 being a nicer body style than the B5. Here's my position: What made me love the Audi's is indeed the B5, S4 B5 to be exact. That's what made me want an Audi..but then I saw the B6 for the first time and fell in love all over again..and finally, I saw the B7...eh, it's alright, but the B6...oh yeah!!!

So, chime in.

I have got one of each the B5 and B6 S4's, have always thought the same thing when i look at the cars in the garage

I reckon Audi didnt wont to go too radical from B5 to B6 styling

Alot of people mistake the B6 for a B5 from a distance, even up close: thats coz that havent been round Audi long though

I love the size of the B5, its considered a small car by 2days standards
I always thought (not sure bout u guys) that the B6 looked like a bigger version of the B5, front has similar look just the tailgate isnt as slanted back & nice looking as the B5

I guess the B5 tailgate was very similar to the other cars of the same era like BMW's E36 & E46

Then B6 to B7 is another for post i think - i really love the B7 tailgate

 

I drive a B7 because of the engine, I'd drive a B6 because of the body style.
B6....hands down.

 

B5 all the way i really don't like the rears ends on the b6's i do like the front ends but not as much as the B5's

 

b5 > b6... though i do like the b6 sytle.. i just hate the 400 extra lbs and the DBW

The B5 Just looks more compact and sporty than the B6. So even though I'm biased I have to say B5.

I think you guys are not answering the question at hand. I knwo the B5 is lighter, compact, sportier. All I wanted to know was which car looks the sexiest, more classy in a sense.

So again, which model A4 is the sexiest looking out of the 2? The 98-01 B5...or....The 02-05 B6?
