Why do we put money into our A4's?

I love my Audi, and I love spending all my money on it. Im not the only one who does it. But when Ithink about it, why do i drop 5 grand on a new turbo so i can put a honda civic in its place. Or why do i spend 2 grand on black wheels. People tell me to save my money. I have been saving my money for most of my lifeso I could get a cool car. Now i have that cool car, and i put every single penny i earn into it. So why do us Audi owners spend all of our money on a pair of rims, or a FMIC, or a carbon fiber hood?

because it is an addiction and like any addiction you get sucked in and then it gets harder and harder to get out. (I haven't gotten deeply involved yet, just socially) the best thing to do is just admit your problem and continue on your marry way to that favorite backroad of yours.

Why do you spend time posting on these forums? Because thats what you like to do, everyone has to have a hobby. If you sell your A4 and buy a Honda i gaurantee you you're gonna miss the A4.

I hear ya. my RS4's set me back a pretty penny. And I am by no means financially secure, lol. I think it is beause we have to have our Audi's but the A4 doesn't offer amazing power platforms. So we are forced to upgrade and upgrade because we do not want any other car but an Audi. If we wanted incredible power, we would be buying blown cobras/400hp C6 vetts/STI's/EVO's. It's the feel and style and quality of the Audi that makes us attracted to them.

Just try not to rack up more than 5k in credit card debt, i don't regret buying anything for my car its what makes me happy. Interest rates are a bitch though. [:@]
