I cant see the ecu number on mycar because its faded (1998 Audi A4 1.8TQT)

ECU #from the ECU I want to buy: 8E0 909 518 AK
Before I buy I want to know if it will fit.

any 99.5 or earlier ecu from a 1.8t with the same transmission should work. and if its a different transmission you can softcode it and get it to work.
