I was sitting in the parking lot of work today ,Pretty nice day so i thought id put the driver window down,I hit the button and heard a cruching sound and the window just fell,Didnt brake the window but after pulling the door panel off(Pain in the ****)I saw a green block that was in a million pieces,Being told by AUDI it comes with the regulator......Any one have an extra?......

 

Thats a new one. For some reason i dont think to many people have a spare on just lying around. Your prpbably going to have to take one from a junker.

 

Yea was just joking about the spare,I was shocked as hell when that fell,Anyway didnt know if anyone ever had that happen

 

start contacting people that are parting out their cars see if they are willing to sell - check the for sale section for members parting out

What do you call that specific green part? I need it also for my passenger side window.

 

You won't be able to buy just the green plastic clip. It comes as a kit ( window regulator-$130.00). It happen to three of the windows in my car. This happens alot in A4s. I had to buy the window clip from the dealership and used an A6 part and modified it. The A6 part only cost $12-$15 and is pink with re-enforced metal in the middle. Good luck!!

Yea called dealer,Was told regulator only was 145.00,Found one on ebay for 75.00
