Its the regulator, the green clip can't be replaced seperately on the A4 just the A6. Or as far as i know the clip can't be purchased seperately, you might be able to find a clip online or at a junkyard you can salvage.

try this, when the window is half way up, try wobbling the glass to see if it's lose by pulling it up with your hands. i have the same problem. it opens with no problem but when closing it stop half way and start slowly squeaking then stops and goes back down. i dont think it's the regulator because you were able to close the window when you hold on to the switch. there is a tread here that someone gave the site to buy the green clips for $6+shipping. i bought in a junkyard for $10.

Okay i am ordering a regulator for the front right window.
My second problem is my rear left window. I believe it is the window switch. The window doesnt work at all, and the light in the switch doesnt even light up. . . sound right?
A switch should only cost about $50 right?
