Window Problems
I'm new here... I have a 2002 1.8T, 50K miles... here's my problem
When I hit the button to make the drivers window go down, it goes down as far as it feels like and then it goes back up, without me telling it to go back up. I can get it to stop in the middle of going back up by hitting the button in the down direction, but then it just goes down a little and then back up. When it does this, I can rarely get the window to go all the way down. And then sometimes it will work perfectly for days. This is one of those problems where it's a pain in the a*s to have fixed because when I've brought it to be serviced for this for this problem, the mechanic can't duplicate the problem. Or if he can, he think he's fixed it, tries the window a few times and it's fine. but then a few days later, it starts acting up again.
Any ideas?
