Naah, im still trying to figure out whats wrong, i think im getting it narrowed down. The ac belt is back on, and the car will idle a lil, and once i get it past 3500krpm, it will run. So im on the right track.

 

Here's the deal guys, I will sell it for 16.5k, i know that sounds high, but i have over 20k in it. The car basically has a brand new motor(7k), brand new turbo(7k), and the latest software. The car also has some things on it i really never mentioned to much.The car has a 2.8 trans swap in it, and as far as i know, its the only A4 i the country with a ko4/2.8trans.It will come with summer and winter blizzack tires. Im not really going to lower the price, i dont want to give it up, but i will. Thanks guys....

 

I highly doubt that you have the only k04 with a 2.8 tranny, seeing as how the 2.8 tranny is a common swap, as is the k04. Seems likely to me that the type of guy to swap to a k04 is more likely to go 2.8 tranny down the road.

That being said, it doesnt take away from what is probably a nice car... though moving it at that price will be difficult, I'd imagine.

I dont see how a rough idle can be anything too major.

 

Haha, its way more then that.Im still workin on it. There are 4 people that i know off that even have a 2.8trans. Mike off the zine and world, cursh of the world, miket28 off the zine, and my self. I said, as far as i know, never said i was postive.

 

Yeah, I understand what you're saying... just offering that the rarity of the conversion is by no means what should sell your car. Post some pics of 'er, I dont even know what yours looks like.
