Those rims will not fit a passat, the passat is an A4 with VW badge on it.
I put some new 5 spoke A4 rims on my neighbors passat a few months back the fit like a glove, but of course they were 5 lug wheels.

no they wont BUT ADR makes a 5-112 bolt pattern in 17" & 18" in the DV-8 wheel. just search like i did and you will find it.
