WoW! A4 gonn badddd
2000 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro
Got the warning sign for what I think is a windshield washer fluid. Than I filled the whole tank with the windshield washer, turned it on went for a ride, no sign. Few minutes later came out and started the car, and there was the the sign again. Do you think it is leaking somewhere? I keep getting this sign, no matter how much fluid I put in it. Also, could there be anything else that's empty and needs to be filled? I want to have it serviced, how much am I looking at? Thanks.

you need to find where the leak is coming from. the common place is between hoses where that plastic clip is. if you pull out the lower grill on the drivers side you will be able to see this hose connection. fill up the resevoir and see if the leak comes out of there, if it does thats the problem, buy a new clip, or inspect the o rings between the connection.

how many arms and legs you got laying around, you might want to bring them if you take it to the dealer.

How much do you think Audi dealers will charge for this?

haha he's got a good point... find a shop that specializes in german cars. a dealership will tell u that the entire assembly needs replacement instead of just the clip or o-ring.
