Whenever I unlock my doors on my 2000 Audi A4 2.8L all of the windows go down and the burglar alarm goes off and won't stop until the engine starts. Sometime ago my door locks stopped working. I looked in the back passenger side panel and found that the Central Locking Pump was partially immersed in water. Unfortunately, drying the part hasn't solved the problem.

My car has 180k miles on it so i'm looking to buy a replacement central locking pump part #8lo 862 257 n or similar. If I replace this are there any codes I have to change in order to make sure the car starts or remote door lock/unlock controls work?
