So driving up to the mountians i have my EPC light come on twice. each time the car dosent stall but it wont let me give it any fuel, like the gas is not even working. so i pull over and restart the car then it ran fine tell it came back on. i read in the manual that the engine went in to some kind of failure mode but what would cause this to happen? both times this happend i was boosting to 7psi and i had to get off the throttle fast and hit the brakes cus a truck got in front of me. then wham the light was on. what i think the problem maybe is that i am running rich and when i got off the gas it would go crazy and go into failure mode.

 

Car goes into limp mode and it will only hit about 2-3psi instead of 7-8psi it will either be your throttle body or gas pedal assembly

 

Ok so on the way home from my gf's house i was going around a corner still only boosting at 7psi becuase of not bypassing the n75, and wham all of a sudden i was at 30psi and the car is pulling harder then ever. i think my car is haunted or something cus it kept pulling hard to 30 in ever gear up tell 4th. what i think happend is that my mbc was stuck open, crazy german ghosts that like to mess with my mind.

 

why would you be bypassing the N75 valve ?

 

Jeff, you're still usiong the stock boost controller with a BT??? Can't you just Bypass that Biznatch and put and MBC or preferably and EBC on there?>

 

i have a mbc and it is bypassing the n75 but it was stuck open at 7psi but i fixed it so now it holds to what ever i set it at or 30psi so it should be good now

^^^haha no he doesnt. he was hittin 40 not that long ago. funny **** if u ask me. i was hittin 30 psi yesterday on my BT bc i didnt pay attention when i was re installin the mbc.
