Default YAAA.... interior motion sensors just saved me from possible damage/theft

so 5 minutes ago im chillin on audi forums.. my car is outside with the windows rolled down and alarm on... suddenly my alarm goes off i run outside and see some punk middle school aged kid runnin down the street, way too far to even think about going after him, and he was tiny, probably 13 years old... who knows what he was gonna do but even if it was as little as takingmy cd's that would be enough to **** me off...

good job audi, i didnt think those sensors were for any good other than scaring chicks when i leave them in the car to run into the store or something lol..

Are they on all the time or what? Cuz I've seen the button down by the drivers seat.

Only when alarm is armed.

That would make my day just to witness that happen. Id watch with my bb gun ready from a window and pelt him as he started to run. lol

When my windows are down, if there is a descent ammount of wind it will set mine off. Not saying this is the case but watch out cuz it's happened to me several times

It should be active only when your alarm is on.

Well, if you'd lock up your car instead of just asking for trouble, you might have less problems.
Good thing the motion sensors saved your asz.
He still could have grabbed some valuables had there been any in plain sight and run off.
I mean, the windows are automatic, its not that hard to roll them up.
