Hey guys, i have been noticing that some of you have like "1998.5 " or 1999.5" ,well how do you find out if you have a ".5" or not.

Check the manufacture date on the sticker on the drivers side door pilar.

Sure. So when was yours manufactured? Also useful when considering mods is the engine code, you can find that on the front right side of the valve cover under the black trim piece. Three letters (ATW, AEB, etc.).

Off the top of my head, injectors. The ATW comes with the larger injectors, but the AEB requires the upgrade when you chip and upgrade the turbo. Actually, it would be more accurate to say you need that to get parts to do preventative or corrective maintenance. Do you have a Quattro? I've got a 2000 Avant Quattro.
