A5 question (new member)
I have driven both and find the 2.0T (turbo-4), which I ultimately bought, to be superior for my typical half & half highway and byway drives and style. It gets you out of trouble in a hurry when necessary (turbo torque) yet maintains good gas mileage (intercooled denser air when not in boost and 4-cycl). If you do mostly highway driving the 3.2 (V6 NA) may be a better choice however as it accelerates somewhat better at high speed and some feel is smoother overall.
edit: I now see you cited a "new" A5. Note that 2011's (and 2012's presumably) can only be had with the 2.0T. A "new to you" 2010 gives you a choice.
