I'm getting ready to buy a used 4.2 A6 and have questions on what I should look for or how reliable they are. It has 108 on the clock and its in great condition they are asking 6500 for it let me know what you guys know of these models, motor, trans. Thanks.

Make sure to get the maintenance records. Fun cars to drive but they can get expensive to fix. If the car has been taken care of well then there could be less to fix.
