Default 18s or the 17s?

ok so im kinda wondering what i should do and i need some suggestions, i have the 5 spoke 17" a4 sport rims

and there 17x7.5 and i want to get the a6 S-line wheels but im not sure what size, theres 17x7.5 and theres the 18" and i dont know if 18's will fit on a 99 a6 the suspension seems to be really close as it is and idk if goin up an inch would be pushing it? and would the 17's look just as nice? i was thinkin just swapping tires from the 17s to 17s since its the same size and save some money.

18" RS6 replicas all the way. You could put a 19 inch rim on there and wouldn't rub on the suspension.

Not sure where you live, but the rougher the roads, the more likely you will bust an 18" or 19" rim or tire. If you live where there is no road construction nor pot-holes, go for the larger rims.
