I've got a very small oil leak that drips onto the manifold. I think it's on the N/S.

There is minimal oil loss. The engine is a 1998 2.4 auto with 111k, FASH.

Any clues or is it a case of steam cleaning and wait ?

probably the rocker gasket tighten the bolts up then get it steam cleaned at least that way you will be more able to find the leak
