Default 1999 Audi A6 Avant Quattro, should I buy?

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...amp;cardist=45

It is a 1999 Audi A6 2.8 Avant Quattro, automatic (5 speed tip),
Price is $4,690 ($100 off if I mention the ad). It books for something like $9,800. Its loaded.
I'm going Monday to look at it in person, but I was wondering if anyone had any info on what to look for. It looks like it is in great condition, only 129,724 miles on it. I still need to run a car-fax on it, I plan to do that sunday. It will be a daily-driver (no tuning) for my girlfriend, so I'm not worried about the 2.8's mega$$$ to tune. She needs to drive it 60+ miles a day, needs it to be reliable, and the poor girl can't drive stick to save her life (I have a $5,000 tranny job to prove it...).

It seems like it'd be a pretty fast wagon, but I still like my pretty little '03 A4 1.8T =D

Though I will be driving this car, as Audi describes it, as "Spirited Driving"

Pretty much I'm asking what I should look out for (Kelley Blue Book at $9,800, Edmunds puts it at true market value of $7,522) in a car that is well below dealer retail, what the reliability of the average Audi A6 is (My A4 is a money-grubbing-wh$#, though some is optional mods). I have speced it out on Edmunds and KBB, but any and all information is welcome. Thanks in advance!
