Pretty straightforward. You will need a 13 mm open end wrench, a 16 mm open end wrench (I think. this might be a different size. but, you get the ides) and a caliper tool. Borrow, rent or buy the caliper tool. I used to do mine with a large set of pliers but, after having used a tool, it is the only way to go. Remove wheel. Remove the lower bolt holding the caliper in place (use the 13 mm on the inside, the 16 mm on the head of the bolt, you'll see what I mean) and swing the caliper out of the way. Remove the pads. Remove and replace the rotor. Put the new pads in position. Use the tool to run the caliper piston back in. swing the caliper back into position and reinstall the bolt. install wheel. torque lug bolts. Do other side. Have beer.

Don't forget -- The rears requires that the pistons be rotated as they are pushed in - thus the "caliper tool". Not hard to do but not as simple as the fronts.

Make sure you use high quality beer -
