Sooo I happen to be a neat freak and some of the crud in my engine bay drives me nuts. Anyone tried to clean it out? There are way too many sensors to just hose it down, and way too many components to brush around. I know this is a ridiculous thing but I like clean engines because bolts and leaks are easier to find

 

mine stays spotless thanks to that nice seal around the whole hood (and the occasional detailing). also that plastic kick plate. go get some good de-greaser and spray the whole thing. then hose it down with a low pressure. then rag it down and bobs your uncle. After that i would check to make sure that seal is good so the crud dont get in thur.

 

lol. the owner of one of the companies i contract for says that ALOT. i thought it was a personality quirk. i'd never heard that phrase before
