Default 2.8 2001 C5 Aftermarket Headlights

I have a 2001 PRE-Facelift A6 (2.8). The headlights are completely clouded over. I've gone out and bought the sanding kits and hooked up the spinball thing to my drill and put the UV goop on, but no matter what I try it doesn't make a difference. I'm going to have to buy new ones. I really like the black ones with the LED DRL (demon eyes), but I can only find the '02 ones on ebay. They look like the same thing, but I know that they did a slight headlight shape change with the facelift. Will these fit my car? Also, if I'm going to switch out the headlights, I'd like to switch out the tails (black led) and the grill
(rs style black mesh) as well. Is there a good place to buy these for reasonable prices?

Yeah, I was looking at those, they're pretty cool, but I really want the LED daytime running lights. I would also like to do black lights since I have the white car with black tint. I found some from Germany but they're $699 for the set. I was thinking more in the 300-400 range lol. But if the '02s will fit that would be awesome, I just need to find someone who has done it to tell me if they'll work or not.

I donT think the 02 headlights will be a direct fit. i believe It will require mods to the grill hood ect. It would be too costly. It would be cheaper to just get a strip of led and attach it.
