The 2.4L Audi A6 was never delivered to the US. However are there many differences in construction of those two cars. Engine a bit bigger and maybe some US specs beside this.

The reason why I ask is because I find some Audi part shops in the US which are very interesting for me like www.thepartsbin.com. However they mention only Audi A6 2.8L base but wonder whether these parts will also fit my 2000 2.4l Audi.

Anyone would know??

No, and there is nothing wrong with your engine, check your other thread.

 

Saw last week the engine of a Skoda Superb, not sure available in the US. It has the same engine as my Audi A6 2.4L.
