Is it possible to make A6 4.2 powerplant have similar specs as the S6 via ECU mods or something else (they both share the same engine, but the A6 is detuned a bit)?

Upsolute chip flash adds on about 19 hp, I'm not very familiar with chip tuning, does it have any adverse effects on the engine?

i have not had one problem except when the chip flash was done the speed limiter was set to 138. i go back this saturday for the 165 setting. i did one mod at a time. the supersprint quotes 30hp gain and if it wasnt 30 it sure was close. also with the air intake i did the lltek. mark jr is an ***, im sure the regular k&n drop in filter would have done the same. its up to you on that one. mine is certified with audi so as long as nothing goes wrong with the computer that points at the chip flash you will have no problems. my service advisor knows and hes ok with it, "it will run better and be more efficent" right from his mouth
