Hi, i have a 2000 A6 Quattro, earlier today i was driving around heard a thud of sorts and started losing power steering almost immediately, battery light came on, low voltage(around 11.9ish) and started to smell like it was leaking fluid somewhere. opened the hood and some power steering fluid had leaked out the top near the cap, the cap was on tight so i have no idea whats going on, so any tips or suggestions on what might be happening? Thanks in advance!

 

Thud and then loss of PS and alternator stopped charging - sounds like serpentine belt failed or jumped off the pulleys.
