Default 2000 Audi a6 2.7t upgrades

Hello,

I'm new to this forum first off. My name is Mike, and I own a 2000 a6 2.7t.

Im posting this for a couple reasons. I want to do some performance upgrades.

I was thinking intake and chip for now. I also want to get some blowoff valves installed.

Any recomendations?

I also plan on getting the rs6 trunk lip.

Ok well, First of get the chip you will absolutly love it! Goapr.com is what I bought, but I hear GIAC is a little more fun! Anyway next do not waste money on a Cold Air Intake, the factory airbox works well enough, just throw a K&N filter in there and you'll be set. Next go to Vastperformance.com and buy the 710n Diverter values. Blow-offs do not work well on our cars. And the install is simple. And yes the trunk lip makes it look great!

I appreciate the help man.

Is it just me or does the big grille conversion look really sexy? I read the post and it seemed like almost everyone disliked it. Am I missing something?

it looks alright in pictures but in person it looks goofy if you ask me, i saw one in dallas and it looked really weird. the grill sticks out way too far in front of the headlights, the hood is odd and basically it just doesnt look right. its not up to us to do stuff to your car. do what you like and what you think looks good after all your the one whos going to be driving it

Question about the chip,

I'm on their website, and I see that you actually send in your ECU? I can't seem to find prices or anything like that. Little help?
