Default 2003 A6 3.0L Camshaft Questions...

Hey guys... I had a misfiring issue a couple months ago. Swapped my coils and plugs, and everything was good for a month or two. Then, my timing went out, which caused cylinders 4/5/6 to misifire.

Since I wasn't comfortable doing the timing myself, I took it to Audi, and they reset the timing. They also tried to charge me $700 to replace a faulty cam sensor. Now, I am 100% confident that I can do this myself since I had previously swapped around those sensors in the past. However, on the ticket, the tech wrote:

"...Fault present for intake cam sensor. Removed and swapped cam sensor with exhaust cam sensor. The fault followed the bad sensor. Recommend new sensor."

Two (dumb) questions:
1) Is a "cam intake/exhaust" sensor the same as a cam position sensor?
2) If so, Audi tells me I have 4 camshaft position sensors. However, I can only find 2 (one near cylinder 1 and one near cylinder 4 ignition coils). Where are the other two?

Appreciate any help you guys can give.
