2003 A6 Quattro Rattling Noise At Start Up

My 2003 A6 Quattro 3.0 Rattles like a Diesel for the first 5 or 10 seconds when I start it up for the first time after sitting a while.

Then purrrrrs like a kitten.

Is this pretty normal?

Cam chain tensioner sound... It is normal.

Yeah, it is the synthetic oil I tell ya. It flow too good if you ask me. But nothing to worry about if it is only doing at the startup.
