2004 2.7T electric cooling fans not coming on
Well,
I just had my 75K service done at the dealership, which included timing belt, serpentine, water pump, seals etc. I know the fron end has to come off to do this, because I researched how to do it myself and said
"uhh...no".
Service was performed 2 weeks ago when the weather was cold, now it's 80+ degrees out and I discovered that neither the aux cooling fan nor the A/C fan (both electric) are engaging. I haven't done any troubleshooting (yet). I am waiting for the dealer to respond to my e-mail regarding this post-repair issue. What can I check myself? Fuses/relays, temp. sensor connectors, fan connectors. I can do the whole 12V fan/wire check routine, but thought I'd start here and hope the dealer replies.
Thanks.
