My passenger seat belt is no longer able to extend. It will only come out about 3 in. before locking up but retracts fine. I've looked for a fix but couldn't find anything that helped me. I've looked for ways to get to the mechanism but found nothing. I'm trying to find a solution to this as soon as possible so I can have people legally use that seat again. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
