My first posting and off the bat I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone on here as they have been a a ton of help over the years with procedures and simpel fixes. Unfortunately, this time I could not find my answer on the search. So basically my wagon 97 avant a6-upon reaching 50-60 mph starts to hiccup- like its losing power-or the transmission is skipping. I just changed the tranny fluid- the old was crystal clear-no shavings- wasn't burnt- and the problem persists. City driving is fine- Can it be the axles- never changed 240k? egr valve hasn't been cleaned in years and the light has always been on-? misfire in the cylinders/engine? Fuel pump is still original as well but fuel filter was changed a year ago...Any ideas-- any help would be greatly appreciated- Merry Christmas
