Just bought a 99 A6 with standard suspension and am looking to upgrade.
Wanted to get the HR bilstien kit but bilstien does not make rears for that year!!
I am wondering what others may have done for suspension upgrades for that or applicable years??
I AM TOTALLY FRUSTRATED !!

I basically want to do the same thing. I have a 2004 A6 S-line. Dose anyone know the stock dimension of the front and rear sway bars? I fount a 35mm front bar with a 24mm rearbar, but I dont want to put up the money if the dimensions are the same as stock, (Ikinda think it would be pointless)....I dont want to lower the carbecause I want to get thestock 19"A8 rim, does anyone know it theyfit on the A6?

 

I have Koni adjustables and Eibachi springs car handles great. Handles better with bigger wheels and a wider tire. less roll from the tire

 

I have a A6 siting on 20's with stock suspension, looks good, I just wish the front was dropped like one coil, but I might rub...
