Question 99 Audi A6, AC help

Hello, my name is Miro and I am new to the forum! Any assistance tips will be greatly appreciated. Ok I have an Audi A6, 1999 V6 2.8 Quatro Automatic, and the car was recently in an accident after which the Condenser was broken and I had to replaced it. It took me around 10 days to do so since I was waiting for the parts, and the 2 hoses were just layering around and what I am wondering is if that will affect the AC system, and would I have to change the drier now cause of all the moisture that gathered over the 10 days? And also on the other hand is it good to recharge the system now with the R134a or should I wait till the summer (is it going to affect the compressor in any way?)....?

I know I have a lot of questions most of which probably noobish, but regardless thank you for your help in advance guys!

In that old of a car, it is probably a good idea to change all the seals and the receiver/dryer while you have it discharged. Recharge as soon as possible because the ccar will run the A/C to dry air when you put it in defrost mode.
