Hi guys!

I`ve been having the "check engine" light on for a few days now and i have identified the problem.

My only issue now is that i cant find out what the part is called and what it does?

I have circled it in the picture, can anyone tell me what it is?

Also, the light has disappeared TWO times during the last 5 days, and reappeared within 1-2 hours of driving.
