A6 Allroad vibration

2013 A6 Allroad, 313HP, 3.0 TDI
Half year ago I started to notice that the car is not running smooth anymore:
- slight vibration when coming close to a full stop
- slight vibration when accelerating around 1500RPM
- uphill and downhill the above are easier to notice
1 week ago I pushed it to 250kmh for a short distance. While pressing the break, the car started to vibrate pretty intense and afterwards, when accelerating again, I felt the car didn’t have the same power anymore. When pushing the pedal, I felt sometimes that only the standard tdi engine noise(the crrrrrr) is there, instead of the powerful noise from the turbo.
