Here's the scoop: 2005 A6 Quattro, just died, wheels locked, won't start, doors locked, steering locked, DEAD!, Audi techs baffled. Anyone have any clues?

wow....im baffled by that misfortune, maybe if everything happened over a span of time you might be able to come up with something...but all at once...wow....sounds like a lemon

One of the control modules died out on you, usually dis-connecting the module and reconnecting it will fix the issue. There are so many control modules on an 05 A6, so it may take awhile. The techs will have to consult "techline" which are specialist on audi's, it may take a while but they will fix it.
