A6 Bluetooth with RAZR V3xx
Saw the below post from back in 8/2007. Have exact same problem but don't understand the reference re:importing address book (NAME >IMPORT). Is that an option on the V3 or the Audi bluetooth? Also, the Black RAZR V3xx I have is referred to by AT&T as black but a very dark brushed silver. Can't contact DerSchneepflug by their choice.
Can anyone help??? Audi says it's a phone problem/AT&T says it's a car problem!

"I just got a Black RAZR V3 from Cingular and it works fine with the Bluetooth (2005 Audi A6 3.2). The main thing is that it has no trouble disconnecting calls, whether the call is ended from the steering wheel controls or by the other caller. I was also able to import my address book from the SIM card of the phone into the directory of the car (NAME -> IMPORT, if I recall correctly). The phone connects quite easily to the car also."

Which version MMI are you running? Some of the ealier MMI versions, including the one that came on my 05 4.2, did not import the phone book, at least on Verizon. Once I updated my MMI software, the phone book imports automatically everytime I get in the car. I am currently running version 33.4.

Not sure which MMI version I'm running. How would I get version? My old V3 beforethe newV3xx worked perfectly with Cingular (AT&T). Would I need to get updated 33.4 version from Audi? (My '05 is a 3.2 but wouldn't think that makes a difference).
